Change Management

Naturally, we focus on the people side of the change and target all leadership levels of the organization. Training and Development

  • We facilitate training programs in relation to Human Resources development strategy of the organization. Our main focus is facilitating and developing training programs according to identified organizational needs, customizing the training programs to customer needs and expectations.
  • We also offer Skills development facilitator services to comply to comply with Skills Development Act and Skills Levy Act. We do so by providing necessary information regarding the related SETA critical skills and the organizational developmental needs.

  • We offer QCTO facilitation for Occupational Qualifications for all industries

Employment Equity and Diversity Management

  • The aim of the Employment Equity Act is to promote equal opportunities and fair treatment to all in the workplace by eliminating unfair discrimination.

  • The benefits of becoming compliant with EE Act, ensures legal compliance and avoid huge fines (up to R2.7m).
  • Increase your B-BBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) score by maximizing your points on the Employment Equity element of the scorecard.
  • Fast track the process of creating a diverse workforce
  • We can assist you in becoming compliant with the Employment Equity Act:
  • Facilitate the consultation process with the Employment Equity committee and possible affirmative action measures to eliminate any possible barriers. Or assist in appointing an EE Manager and assist in appointing, introducing and establishing the EE committee's constitutionalizing responsibilities.
  • Analyzing the result of the consultation process and developing an Employment Equity plan of 1 - 5 years. The Employment Equity plan will include targets and affirmative action measures for approval by management and the Employment Equity committee.
  • Facilitate the approval process with the Employment Equity committee.
  • Ensure that employees are on the correct occupational level (benefit for B-BBEE scorecard).
  • Collect and analyze information to submit yearly (EEA2 and EEA4 reports as required by the Act)
  • Ensure that the Employment Equity plan is in line with the business's strategy as well as the Workplace Skills Plan.
  • Assist with and provide onsite assistance during the Department of Labour audits.

Performance Management

Performance is understood as achievement of the organization in relation with its set goals. It includes outcomes achieved, or accomplished through contribution of individuals or teams to the organization‘s strategic goals. The term performance encompasses economic as well as behavioral outcomes. NTIT consulting views performance more comprehensively by encompassing both behaviors and results. He is of the view that behaviors as outcomes in their own right‘, which can be judged apart from results‘. Performance is an impact. The roles of any manage can be seen in three parts: Being, Doing and Relating.

Employee Wellness

  • NTIT will design any intervention according to client needs and requirements.
    • Every wellness program contributes to the strides being made toward a healthier corporate environment. Workplace wellness programs have the potential to strengthen an organization’s culture and to build employee pride, trust, and commitment.

    • We have partnered with Instant Rescue debt counseling in all matters of financial wellness.

Industrial Relations

  • Review the current company status quo. Make recommendations on changes and/or implement disciplinary policy, procedures and working documentation including, but not limited to:
    • Warnings, notifications of disciplinary hearings, grievance process.
    • Disciplinary code
    • Retrenchment policy and related procedure
    • Incapacity-, III Health-, Poor performance- policies and related procedures
    • Chairing of disciplinary hearings
    • CCMA processes and representation
    • Training of staff, shop stewards, and management on all labour related matters including disciplinary code, policies and procedures.
